All Eve Chocolatier products may contain traces of nuts and/or nut products.

We take payment at the time of order, not necessarily the time of shipment. This is to ensure your order is delivered on time.

Any offers we make are designed to be used independently, and are not available in conjunction with any other offer.

No order is processed by Eve Chocolatier until the order has been checked & approved. If there is a problem we will e-mail you as promptly as possible.

We reserve the right to edit or refuse any message that contains offensive and/or inappropriate content.

In the unlikely event that we cannot satisfy your order due to stock unavailability, we will contact you to offer you an alternative.

Due to the fresh nature of our products, there are no refunds or exchanges. We do not accept responsibility to items damaged in transit or in any other circumstances beyond our control, except at our discretion.

We do not dispatch on Saturdays or Sundays or Holidays.

During the Warm Season (May 1st - October 15th): All orders are shipped express only, Monday-Thursday (with ice when necessary.)

Orders placed after 12pm (PST) will be shipped on the next available ship day.

Orders are NEVER shipped over the weekends.

We reserve the right to obtain further security information from our customers for orders over a set price. Please note this may affect the arrival date of your order should we be unable to contact you.

You may update, edit or terminate your membership account at any time. You agree to maintain and update the information as supplied by yourself to ensure accuracy at all times. As an Eve Chocoaltier member, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your own membership account and password. You agree to take responsibility for all activities that occur under your membership account and password.
